首期“中国·JACC:肿瘤心脏病学杂志.e-Club”于11月26日成功举办

为激励医务工作者对新兴学科——肿瘤心脏病学的重视，加强临床诊疗规范与科研合作，提升JACC: CardioOncology在中国的影响力，经中国医学科学院阜外医院张宇辉教授、大连医科大学附属第一医院夏云龙教授两位国际顾问，和JACC: CardioOncology主编Bonnie Ky教授共同发起，由三度医学·中国肿瘤心脏病学网、心力衰竭和心肌病网联合主办，《中华心力衰竭和心肌病》杂志协办，创办了“中国·JACC:肿瘤心脏病学杂志.e-Club”（缩写为JACC:CO），该项目将围绕杂志已发表的学术重点，定期开展专题交流。

2019年9月，美国心脏病学会杂志旗下开放电子期刊《美国心脏病学会杂志：肿瘤心脏病学》(英文名 JACC: CardioOncology)首发。该刊创立的初衷旨在促使日益增多的肿瘤患者得到更多心血管病医师的关注和重视，传播相关知识，服务于这个日趋成熟、多学科协作的领域。

首期JACC:CO于11月26日举办。论坛开始，Bonnie Ky教授、张宇辉教授、夏云龙教授分别致辞，介绍了肿瘤心脏病学在国际及中国发展的历史和现状，并提出学科未来发展方向及合作计划。随后，张宇辉教授分享了肿瘤治疗相关心力衰竭的研究，提示广大肿瘤学、心脏病学、影像学医师关注肿瘤患者心功能的评估、监测、预防和治疗。来自大连医科大学附属第一医院的刘莹教授从临床病例实践出发，介绍了心肌淀粉样变性（CA）的诊断流程，并分享了JACC: CardioOncology中CA相关研究，强调了在临床工作中保持警觉并完善诊断过程的重要性。最后，几位教授展开热烈讨论，提出当前肿瘤心脏病学科发展的新思路，以期让更多肿瘤相关心血管疾病患者得到正规专业的预防、诊断和治疗，为广大肿瘤患者的抗肿瘤治疗保驾护航。

In order to standardize clinical practice and to strengthen scientific research cooperation and improve the influence of JACC: CardioOncology in China, "China·JACC:CardioOncology e-club"(abbreviated as JACC:CO) was initiated by Professor Bonnie Ky, editor in chief of JACC:CardioOncology, Professor Yuhui Zhang from Fuwai Hospital CAMS&PUMC and Professor Yunlong Xia from the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, co-hosted by icardiooncology| Chinese CardioOncology Network, Chinese Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathy Web, and co-organized by Chinese Journal of Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathy. The forum will focus on the published academic express and carry out regular academic exchanges.

The first JACC:CO was held on November 26. At the beginning of the forum, Professor Bonnie Ky, Professor Yunlong Xia, Professor Yuhui Zhang delivered speeches respectively, introducing the history and current situation of the development of cardiooncology in China and abroad, and look into the future development. Subsequently, Professor Yuhui Zhang shared the latest research of cardiooncology related to tumor treatment, underlining the significance of evaluation, monitoring, prevention and treatment of these patients. Professor Ying Liu introduced the research on myocardial amyloidosis in JACC: CardioOncology. In the end, participants had a lively discussion and put forward new ideas on the development of the cardiooncology discipline.
